With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jordan of Shelby, North Carolina, born in Cleveland, North Carolina, who passed away on September 12, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, David Johnson and Mary Allen Wellmon; and her son Tony Jordan. She is survived by: her husband Baxton Jordan; her sons, Todd Jordan (Jeff Ames) and Ty Jordan (Michelle); her daughter-in-law Tammy Jordan of Shelby; her sister Mary Louise Kelley of Shelby; her grandchildren, Brandon Jordan (Ashley), Jeremy Jordan (Jessica), Bronson Jordan and Bradley Jordan; and her great grandchildren, Cameron Jordan, Caydee Jordan, Lilly Pullen, Jasa Jordan and Jaxon Jordan.

The family will be practicing social distancing and face masks are recommended.
