Betty Jo Eaker Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Jo Eaker of Shelby, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 21, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Pruitt and Mary Allen Pruitt; her husband Don Eaker; her granddaughter Melissa Eaker; and her siblings, Carl Pruitt, Jr., Evelyn Putnam, Madge Hullender and Muriel Honeycutt.
She is survived by: her sons, Scott Eaker (Wanda), Andy Eaker and Wes Eaker; her grandchildren, Ben, Lauren and Paige Eaker; and her niece Del Sagehorn. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
