She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Grover Howell, Sr. and Bessie Hardin Howell; her husband L. "Red" Brackett; her son Skeet Brackett; and her siblings, Louise Shull, Marie Wortman, Esther McMurray, Marion Howell, Dewey Howell, Winfred Howell, Sr., T. G. Howell, Jr. and Robert Howell, Sr..
She is survived by: her sibling Beanie'; her children, Arnold Brackett (Nancy) of Dallas and Della Bridges (Rick) of Horse Shoe; her daughter-in-law Libby Brackett of Cherryville; her sister Ellen Guiseppone of Scottsdale, Arizona; her grandchildren, Maranda Thornburg, Bessie Brackett, Matt Brackett and Doug Blackburn; and her great grandchildren, Otto and Emmett Thornburg. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
