We are sad to announce that on August 13, 2023, at the age of 90, Benny Barclift (Shelby, North Carolina), born in Decatur, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Benny Alvin Barclift Sr. and Gladys Hansell; his brothers, Bill, Bob and Ed Barclift; and his stepson Steve Clay.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Barclift; his sons, Benny Barclift III of Las Vegas, NV, Chuck (Shelia) of Fort Mill, SC and Mike (Christy) of Denver, NC; his grandchildren, Ashleigh, Tiffany Barclift, Samantha Clay, Michael Barclift, Lee Barclift (Danielle) and Steve Clay; and his great grandchildren, Tyce and Taizley Barclift.
Memorials may be made to Bethel Baptist Church.
