She was predeceased by: her parents, Furman "Jack" Grant and Irene Hensley Grant; her daughter Crystle Elaine; her brothers, Seable Grant and Bud; her granddaughter-in-law Christy White; and her son-in-law Ken Sides.
She is survived by: her husband John Paul White Sr.; her children, John White (Heather) of Mooresboro, Paula Sides of Mooresboro, Audrey Weaver (Cecil) of Mooresboro and Doris Melton (Joel) of Mooresboro; her grandchildren, Kristen Hughes (Brian), Josh Melton (Athena), Nikki Hartman (George), Tracy Weaver (Abby), Terry Campbell, Isaac White, Payton White and Tyson White; and her close friend Sue Daniels. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Flint Hill Baptist Church.
