She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Elmore Ide and Virginia Louise Royall Ide; her husband Austin "Jim" Crothers; and her brothers, Allen Baxter Ide and Henry Clay Ide.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. A. Lane Crothers (Martha) of Normal, IL and Cindy Dominick (Greg) of Spartanburg, SC; and her grandchildren, Shealy, Cecelia "Celia", Edith "Edie", Austin and Virginia "Gigi". She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
