He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Lee Hoisington, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Michelle Hoisington; his children, Adam, Drake and Elaina; his mother Pat Hoisington; his aunt Donna Blauser; his great-nephew Gabriel Dennis; and his great-niece Zoey Dennis. He is also survived by father-in-law/mother-in-law; and many other extended family and friends.
