He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Doc Etheridge, Sr. and Annie Mae Gregory Etheridge. He is survived by: his brother Fred G. Etheridge (Mary "Kitty") of Shawboro, NC; his nieces, Mary E. Wallace (Kenneth) of Shiloh, NC and Katherine E. Jenkins (Josh) of Clayton, NC; his great-nieces, Mary Elizabeth Wallace and Lily Jenkins; and his great-nephew Kenneth Nathaniel Wallace.
