It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gladys Sanderlin Harris of Shawboro, North Carolina, who passed away on April 15, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert C. Harris. She is survived by: her mother Nellie Sanderlin of Shawboro; her children, Deborah Watts of Newport News, Cecil Edwards Jr. of Newport News, Robert Edwards (Catherine) of Yorktown and Melisa Graef (Ron) of Newport News; her grandchildren, Alanna Watts, Jessica Kravitz (John), Danielle Edwards, Cailin Watts (Bruce) and Zachary Edwards; and her great grandchildren, Melody, Mia, Meadow, Stella and Tucker. She is also survived by her family and friends.
