He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Hendricks and Mary Wilkes; and his siblings, Roy Hendricks, Peggy Tyson and Ginger Lamm.
He is survived by: his wife Cathie Hendricks; his sons, Scott Hendricks (Teresa) of Bailey and Kevin Hendricks (Shana) of Bailey; his siblings, Marshall Hendricks (Faye) of Rocky Mount, Juanita Marshall of Williamsburg, VA, Patricia Wohl of Littleton, James Hendricks of Nashville, Vann Hendricks of Nashville, Brenda Spivey of Nashville and Tommy Hendricks of Nashville; and his grandchildren, Joshua Hendricks (Lori) of Bailey, Nick Faulkner (Holly) of Elm City, Paisley Hendricks of Bailey, Charlie and Savannah Hendricks. He is also survived by his family, friends and his church family.
A memorial service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sharpsburg Church of God (405 John J Sharpe St, Sharpsburg, NC 27878). A reception was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
