He is survived by: his mother Lessie Boone Bailey; his wife Camilla Evans Bailey; his sons, Samuel W. "Fred" Bailey, Jr. (Nikki) and Michael "Bryan" Bailey (Lori); and his grandchildren, Trey, Grace, Jackson, Evan, Luke and Mia.
