He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward and Annie Ezzell Coley; and his brother Bruce Coley. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Blow Coley; his son Kevin Blow (Chrystal) of Elm City; his siblings, Patricia Joyner (Lynn) of Elm City and Jimmy Coley (Angie) of Bracey, VA; his sister-in-law Brenda Coley of Sharpsburg; and also Chris Coley.
