He is survived by: his children, Justin Locklear and Amanda Jones of Red Springs; and his siblings, Lyndola Jacobs (James), Theresa Locklear (Harlous), Patsy Collins (Sylvester), Mary Alice Locklear of Maxton and Harvey Locklear (Trudy) of Fayetteville. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
