It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rena T. Lewis of Shannon, North Carolina, who passed away on January 22, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Thompson and Magalene Grooms; and her grandson Phillip O'Bryan Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Lewis; her children, Phillip Lewis of Rennert and Renett Locklear of Shannon; her siblings, Jimmy Thompson, Stevie Thompson, Darlene LeMaster and Yvonne Chappen; and her grandsons, Christopher Michael Locklear, James Gabriel Bullard and Josiah Clark.
