He is survived by: his father Lewis Haily; his wife Daisy Scott McLean; his children, Sharia Allen of New Jersey and Shawn Carter of New Jersey; his stepchildren, William Jones of Shannon, Allison Jones of Pembroke, Decoma Jones of Pembroke and Reggie Jones of Pembroke; and his siblings, Charlene Seymore of Raeford, Pricilla of Raeford and Robbie of Philadelphia. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
