He is survived by: his wife Peggy Locklear; his children, Cody Cheyenne Locklear, Heather Nicole Locklear (Michael Charleton) and Sonjie Nicole Locklear (James Brooks); his sisters, Edith Locklear and Linda Locklear (Gregory) of Red Springs; his grandchildren, Caleb Locklear, Grace Locklear, Katelyn Locklear, Shyanna Brooks, Dakota Brooks and Takiah Huey Brooks; his siblings-in-law, Melissa Walsh (Thomas), Billy Dean Lambert Jr., Walter Jr. and Kenneth Lee Hammonds; and his daughter-in-law Sarah Miday Locklear. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
