He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas "Tom" and Thelma Davis Campbell; and his siblings, Frankie Shaw, Kathy Whitehead, Paulette White and Rex Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Shannon Taylor Campbell; his children, Jeff Campbell (Patti) and Tangie Campbell; his siblings, Thirlene Holt, Donna Pearson, Johnny Campbell (Lois), Mickey Campbell (Janet), Larry Campbell (Frances) and Darrell Campbell (Peggy); his grandchildren, Ashley Hill (Josh), Christian Dye (Gabe) and Christina Walls (Dalton); and his great grandchildren, Madison, Gavin, Sterling, Sebastian and Natalie.
