He is survived by: his daughter Ivy Jacobs (Jason Jacobs); his grandchildren, Dynasty Jacobs, Jason Cortis Jacobs and Jessica Jacobs; and his siblings, Kimberly Lewis (Franklin Lewis) and Danny Coe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and host of relatives and friends.
