He was predeceased by: his father Carl McNeill; his brother Anthony McNeill; and his grandmother Savannah Tyler. He is survived by: his mother Gladys McNeill Gray of Shannon; his siblings, Carl Ray McNeill (Lauren) of Summerville, Victor McNeill (Brenda) of Shannon and Linda Locklear of Laurinburg; his nephew Bryant McNeill; his niece Kelly Tipton; his great-nephews, Jackson Tipton and Niko Tipton; and his great-niece Keira McNeill (Cheryl Butler). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (812 S Main St, Red Springs, NC 28377). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
