He is survived by: his children, Mary Ann Locklear (James) of Shannon and Terry Lee Locklear (Liz) of Lumberton; his siblings, Cliff Locklear (Carol) of Shannon, Johnson Locklear of Elizabethtown, Ellis Ray Locklear (Rachel), Olla Mae Scott and Dorothy Locklear (Freddie); his grandchildren, Colton Locklear, Cassidy Locklear, Bryan Grammer and Adam Grammer; and his godchildren, Brent Tyler and Brittaney Tyler Strickland. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
