He was predeceased by: his mother Annie Chamela. He is survived by: his children, Carey Collins (Christopher) of Shannon, Carl McNeill (Linda) of Lumberton and Sherry Jacobs of New Mexico; and his sister Catherine Calihan (Wayne) of Bladenboro. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
