He is survived by: his parents, Vance Locklear and Allison Strickland Locklear; his sisters, Savannah Locklear and Jersey Locklear; his niece Lylah Jude Locklear; and his grandparents, Adlia and Cora Etiska Strickland. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
