We are sad to announce that on August 11, 2023, at the age of 71, Bonnie Lou Locklear of Shannon, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Locklear and Moddie Bullard Locklear; and her siblings, Dorothy Childress, Mary Rose Locklear, Betty Pagan, Robert Bullard and Andy Bullard.

She is survived by: her husband Al Locklear; her children, Victoria Locklear of Raeford, Ginger Locklear of Raeford and Joseph Locklear; and her sister Linda Scott of Raeford. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
