He was predeceased by: his father Carl McNeill; and his grandmother Savannah Tyler. He is survived by: his mother Gladys McNeill Gray of Shannon; his siblings, Carl Ray McNeill (Lauren) of Summerville, Dannie McNeill of Shannon, Victor McNeill (Brenda) of Shannon and Linda Locklear of Laurinburg; his close friend Roger Chavis; and his friend Derrick Chavis. He is also survived by nephews and nieces, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
