She is survived by: her children, William C. Cox III (Gayle) of Little River, SC and Linda McFadyen (Duncan) of Wilmington, NC; her sister Lumina Smith Soles (Jackie) of Shallotte, NC.; her grandchild Cally Elaine Markovsky (Coult); her great grandchildren, Ella Claire and Anna Sophia of St. John's, FL; her grandchild Cleve Cox IV (Jenna); her great grandchild Willa Jay of Shallotte, NC; and her grandchildren, Duncan McFadyen II of Wilmington, NC. and Tavis McFadyen of Wilmington, NC..

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial gifts be made to Olyphic Baptist Church.
