He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lewis of Asheboro; his daughters, Dana Willard of Randleman, Melissa Lewis of Staley and Tammy Stanley (PJ) of Burlington; his brothers, Weldon Wade Lewis, III, Shallotte and Donnie Ray Lewis of Rockingham County; his grandchildren, Bryson of Randleman, Ryan of Randleman, Emily Willard of Randleman, Jonathan Scarberry (Reagan) of Asheboro, Victoria Lewis of Asheboro, Madison Reeder of Asheboro, Trey of Burlington, Colton of Burlington and Kaylynn Stanley of Burlington; his great grandchildren, Carter L. West of Asheboro and Lucy Scarberry of Asheboro; and his friend Barbara Lewis. He is also survived by 509 Friends and Family.
