He was predeceased by: his parents, Alison Bush Lewis and Christine Iona Jordan Lewis; and his sister Patricia Ann. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Lewis; his children, Cheri Skaggs (Greg) of Shallotte, NC, Kristi Smith (Chris) of Shallotte, NC, Suzi Reece (Don) of Conway, SC and Ricky Lewis (Sam) of Palm City, FL.; his grandchildren, Tiffany and Justin Pruitt of Shallotte, NC.; and his great grandchildren, Eli, Emma, Rowan, Aaron Pruitt, Braden, Hunter Skaggs, Coen Skaggs and Felix Hodges. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
