She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Cust and Domithilde Blanchard Cust; and her husband Oscar Joy. She is survived by: her children, Rusty Joy of Shallotte, NC, Rick Joy (Terry) of Shallotte, NC, John Joy of Atlanta, GA, Martha Casper (Michael) of Calabash, NC and Jody Hartsell (Eddie); and her sister Jeanette Weich. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
