He is survived by: his parents, Walter Levandowski, and Michelle Levandowski, Sr. (Grilz); his wife Courtney Levandowski; his children, Peighton, Harper Levandowski, Isabella, Julianna Levandowski of Newburgh and Jayce Levandowski of Newburgh; and his siblings, Walter Levandowski, Jr., Ryan Levandowski, Kayla Levandowski of New Port Richey and Lori Levandowski of Newburgh. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
