Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved John Jones of Shallotte, North Carolina, born in Columbus, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 87, on October 21, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel V. Jones and Elizabeth Mae Long Jones; and his sisters, Velma J. Herren, Mattie J. Grice, Dorothy J. Peterson, Lillian J. Walters and Helen J. Kelly.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Abernathy Jones; his children, Angela Jones Lawrence of Shallotte and Jon Christopher Jones of Florida; and his grandsons, Brice Lawrence and Dakota Jones.
In accordance with CDC guidelines, social distancing and masks are required.
