He is survived by: his daughter Jenna Neel Wieneke (August Frederick Wieneke) of Shallotte, NC; his sister Nancy Neel Heiberg (Dave) of Finksburg, MD; his grandchildren, Joshua Stephen Johnson (Nykki) and Rachael Jeannette Locklear (Nicholas); his great grandchildren, Nicholas Daniel Locklear, Erica Diane Locklear, Olivia Dae Locklear, Nathaniel Dwayne Locklear, Dylan Maurice Johnson and Alyssa Nicole Johnson; and his great great grandchild Nieko Dwayne Locklear.
