He was predeceased by: his parents, David James Tedder and Rosa Ann West Tedder; his siblings, Lois Ann Henry, Mildred T. Hamilton and David James Tedder; and his grandson Jeffery Wayne Myers.
He is survived by: his wife Miriam Walker Tedder; his children, Walter David Tedder of Shallotte, Sybil Ann Carden of Shallotte and James Patrick Tedder of Shallotte; and his sister Margaret T. Barnes (Franklin Merle) of Carthage. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
