With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Earl McLean (Shallotte, North Carolina), born in Wilmington, North Carolina, who passed away on July 4, 2019 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Franklin McLean and Mattie Marlene Robinson; and his stepfather Winferd Robinson. He is survived by: his wife Sheila T. McLean; his daughter Jamie McLean Nelson (Dustin) of Pinehurst, NC; his brothers, Robert McLean (Brenda) of Holden Beach, NC and Danny McLean of Shallotte, NC; his stepsister Anita Robinson Smith (Shawn); and his half-sister Jen Syanthong (Chick) of Huntersville, NC. He is also survived by two granddaughters, four step-grandchildren.
