He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Milliken and Carolyn Milliken; his son Dion Milliken; and his brothers, Pat Milliken and Delma Milliken.
He is survived by: his wife Myrtle P. Milliken; his daughter Tonya M. Horrell (Arden); his grandsons, Arden Horrell, Jr. (Ashley), Carr Horrell (Keely), Jeff Milliken (Katijo) and Cody Horrell (Melissa); his brother Michael Milliken (Nancy); his siblings-in-law, Delores Milliken, Pat Milliken and Robert Penny (Suzy); and his close friend Greg Stevens. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
