She was predeceased by: her former husband Alton "Bud" Skinner III of Raleigh; her parents, James Brooks Greenwood Jr. and Eileen Stephens Greenwood of Charlotte; and her niece Rebecca Jean Russ. She is survived by: her children, James Stanton "Stan" Skinner of Durham and Laura-Leigh (Stephen E. Rowlette); her granddaughters, Savannah Ray of Wake Forest and Sydney Eileen Rowlette of Wake Forest; and her siblings, Polly (W. T. "Rusty" Russ Jr) of Shallotte, Patsy (John S. Ratterree) of Charlotte and James Brooks Greenwood III (Pam) of Matthews, NC.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins.
