He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Mincey; his son Larry Dean Mincey; and his siblings, Henry Mincey of Eugene Mincey and Nell Mincey Long. He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Ann Sellers; his grandchildren, April Canady and Eric Dean Mincey; his great grandchildren, Karlie Deane and Tyler Dean Mincey; and his sisters, Glenda Strickland (William), Myrtle Jordan, Dorothy Heffer (Malcolm), Norma Franklin and Sue Dustin. He is also survived by friends, and his special brothers and sisters.
