He is survived by: his parents, Henry Hickman and Bell Jenrette Hickman; his wives, Virginia and Linda; his children, Jennifer MacLeod of Myrtle Beach, SC, Ron Hickman, Marcia Hickman of Marietta, Georgia, Dan and Susan Hickman of Wilmington, NC; and his stepchildren, Tracy Deaton, Charles Deaton and Brad Clymer of Reidsville, NC.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
