She is survived by: her son Kevin Lutzy (Beth) of Carolina Shores, NC.; her granddaughter Sarah Bernas (Matt); her great grandchildren, Liam, Laureligh and Lexie; her grandson Jeff Van Blarcom (Amie); her great grandchildren, Harris, Sheridan and Giselle; her grandchildren, Greg Prindle (John Miller) and Amanda Lutzy (Albert Clark); her great grandchild Ferris; her grandson Brandon Lutzy (Gabby Goulet); her nieces, Judy Hunt (Gerry) and Diane Marsh (Bill); and her nephew John Kurtz (El).
