Frances S. Milligan Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Shore and Mamie White Shore; her husband Nivan Milligan; and her son Clinton N. Milligan. She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Hewett (James); and her sisters, Ethel Campbell of Orangeburg, SC, Florence Owens of Mocksville, NC and Mary Sue Groce of Mocksville, NC. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
