She was predeceased by: her parents, Tommy McCumbee and Etha Laura Stone McCumbee; her husband Reverend Curtis Coleman; and her siblings, Ida Mae Brennan, Margret Guyton, Betty Ferguson and Lemuel "Buddy" McCumbee.
She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Diane Ward (Herbie Ward) of Shallotte, NC; and her grandchildren, Kristen Ward, Nicholas Ward, Shirley Jones, Renae Hardee and Joey Shreve. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid health concerns, a private family graveside service will be held.
