He is survived by: his parents, L. C. Milliken and Jackie Clemmons Milliken; his wife Lhonda McCall Milliken; his daughters, Linda Kay Milliken (Charles C. Street) of Supply and Jaclyn Danielle Milliken (Michael Donovan) of Supply; his grandchildren, Charles C. Street, Jr., Daniel E. Street, Payton G. Donovan, Jackie Lynn Street and Jackson C. Street; his sister Cheryl Stanley of Shallotte; his brother-in-law Joseph E. McCall of Shallotte; his nephews, Jason T. Stanley and Jordan E. McCall; and his niece Ashlee D. McCall.
