He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Bergstrom and Barbara Steed Bergstrom; and his sister Cara Harwood. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betsy" Worthington Bergstrom; his son Eric Bergstrom (Angela); his grandchildren, Angelina, Joshua and Andrew of Waterford, CT; his sister Kristine "Kris" Hoffman (Mark) of New Britain, CT; and his nieces and nephews, Kirsten Hoffman, Courtney MacDonald, Allison Skubel, William Harwood, Jeffery, Michael and Christopher Hughston.
