It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chantile Dawn Jean Eller of Shallotte, North Carolina, who passed away on June 22, 2023, at the age of 36, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Trenton Mullis and Donnia Stiller Mauldin; her children, Hailey Jade Moore, Elizabeth Ann Marie Moore, Victoria Rayne Moore, James Franklin Moore Jr. and Blake Aleczander Moore (James Franklin Moore Sr.); her brother Michael Trevor Rau; her half-sisters, Emily and Kelly Mullis; her stepsisters, Carrie and Christy Mullis; and her grandparents, Wayne and Shirley Mullis.
