He was predeceased by: his parents, Weldon Graves and Rachel Rutherford Graves; and his siblings, Marion "Buddy" Graves, C. T. Graves, James Graves and Betty Graves.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Graves; his children, Richard Hankins (Jane) of California and Kristen Graves of Apex; his siblings, Jerry Graves (Gloria), Glynn Graves (Sally) and Linda Smith (Gerald) of Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Avery, Daniel and Aubrey "Peanut".
In lieu of flowers, we ask for donations of new or used golf balls in memory of Bill, to be sent to the local First Tee - Coastal Carolinas chapter.
