Payne; her children, Tracy (Joseph Dankoff), Rick (Anne) and Lori (Josh Hartz); her grandchildren, Adam Payne, Sam Dankoff (Christina) and Abigail Dankoff (Abbey); her great grandchild Nora Dankoff; and her sister-in-law Sally P. Sweeney. She is also survived by her niece and nephews.
