It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Benthall Grant of Severn, North Carolina, who passed away on June 3, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ruben Grant and Anne Benthall Grant; his brother Joseph William Grant; and his mother-in-law Elizabeth Griffin. He is survived by: his wife Kristi Grant; his daughters, Danielle Grant and Julia Grant (Tucker); his granddaughter Harper Holmstrom; his sister Betty Jo Bain (Pond); his nieces and nephews, Tiffany Pecht (Laine), Jessica Hoffman (Andrew), Alexandra Vick (Hank), Travis Griffin and Glenn Griffin; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hunter Bustin, Grant Hoffman, Tripp Pecht, Tenley Hoffman, Ava Lee Hoffman, Charley Pecht and Chandler Pecht; his father-in-law Albert W. Griffin; his brother-in-law Albert Lee Griffin (Paula); and his caregiver Sharon Rose.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30PM Wednesday in Wright Funeral Home, 206 West 4th Avenue, Franklin, VA and suggests that memorial donations be made to any favorite charity.
