He is survived by: his wife Betty Heath; his son William Ken Heath, Jr.; his stepdaughters, Erica Hill (Marty) and Laurinda Rouse (Steven Heath); his grandchildren, Kayla Duff (Patrick), Jeffrey Howard (Kelsey) and John Rylan Howard; and his great grandchild Noah Duff.
