He is survived by: his wife Clara Sue Treen Heath; his children, Cindy Britt of Mount Olive, Jessica Tyndall (Dennis) of Seven Springs, Brent Heath (Debra) of Mount Olive and David Heath (Mary Ann) of Cape Carteret, NC; the mother of his children Mary Lou Brown Heath of Pink Hill, NC.; his grandchildren, Caitee West, Carree Potter, Reece Britt, Chloee Britt, Carlie Hiatt, Woody Heath, Jimmy Heath, Jaela Heath, Mary Lee Heath, Hilary Nilsen, Lydia Heath, Kamron Heath, Jordan Heath, Peyton Heath, Brandon Heath, Ashleigh Rouse, Cody Isham, Maeci Tyndall, Dennis Tyndall, Jr. and Amanda Tyndall; and his siblings, Joan Barnett of Albertson, Donald Heath (Linda) of California, Kenneth Heath (Gail) of Pink Hill, NC and Danny Heath (Debbie) of Raleigh, NC. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, stepchildren, step-grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
