She was predeceased by: her father Boyd Watts; and her brothers, Allen Lingle and Jesse Arroyo. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Howell; her sons, Brandon Howell (Monica) of Virginia Beach, Joseph Howell (Ashley) of Seven Springs and David Howell of Seven Springs; her sisters, Aleta Kelsey (Chuck), Peggy Oliver (Carl), Sheila Shepherd and Cindy LaRoche (Ernie); and her pet CoCo. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
