He was predeceased by: his son-in-law Michael Hinson; and his parents, Henry B. Price and Mabel Price. He is survived by: his children, Kay P. Hinson, Joy P. Williams (Larry) and Tony Ray Price (Stephanie); his sister Nellie Faye P. Gautier of Seven Springs; his grandchildren, Sandy H. Price (Jason), Clay Hinson (Shelly), Frankie Williams (Tracy), Jeremy Williams (Holly), Tiffany Price, Taylor Price (Kristen), Jordan Price and Logan Price; and his friend Mart.
